Hello!

James “Jim” Kilby is the owner of J. Kilby Enterprises, Inc. where he operates several outpatient mental health clinics in the Dayton suburbs under the dba "Ellie Mental Health".

He is also founding Pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in West Carrollton, Ohio, and the founder of Harvest Youth Ministries, a 501(c)3 non profit organization, which offers programs like Harvest House, Harvest Helps, and Thought 4 Today to serve the local community and beyond. Jim is the father to ten children and proud grandfather to eleven more!
