Since the creation of the world there have always have been great people of God. The great champions of our Christian faith boggle my mind as I read of their incredible passion and strength through the toughest of times. The Bible is full of stories chronicling their lives, and whole libraries could be filled since then about people like the late Mother Theresa. Even today we have missionaries all over the globe spending their every breath serving others and reaching the world for Christ. Most of them live in harms way every day, many not knowing if they’ll have enough food for their families in the coming days. Amazing! How could these people have such a seemingly endless pool of faith? What makes them so much stronger than the average person?
“Even youth grow tired and weary, and you men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31
