Heaven!

I think about heaven sometimes; wondering how it will be there. I guess it’s kind of like a recurring daydream. Can you imagine it? Walking hand in hand with your Savior. Praising your heavenly Father for eternity. The Bible speaks about heaven in several scriptures. Here’s one that makes me wonder if I anticipate it enough.

“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.” Jesus of Nazareth (Matthew 13:44-46)

If you’ve accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you’re a resident of heaven. You’re just serving the Father here until He calls you home. Are you homesick?
