It’s interesting the things people will say to you when they find out you’re a Christian. If they’re a Christian brother or sister, it will become obvious almost immediately. If not, there’s no telling what they’ll say. Lately, I’ve had a rash of comments like this: “We’ll I believe in God and all, but I don’t go to church much.” Although this is a little easier to take than the folks who look at you like you’re an idiot and walk off, spiritually it’s probably not much farther along. Realizing that there is a God is wonderful, but it doesn’t take a genius to figure that out. Unless you’ve got a personal relationship with Him through His Son you might as well have saved yourself the trouble. If you believe there’s a God, then take the time to investigate who He is and what His perfect Word says…. then apply what’s written in it! “You believe that there is one God. Good!
