Impurity?

Are you dabbling in things that dishonor God? Whether it’s other religions, sexual things, or just being sucked-in by the world, Christians are called to separate themselves from impurity. That does not at all mean that we separate ourselves from caring for and witnessing to the world, but that we don’t get caught up in their diseases–we are holy because of His Blood, and we should act like it. Consider today what God would say to you if you could clearly hear Him speak to you about how you are living your life? If you stay away from things that cloud your mind, you just might hear Him speak after all!

“Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.” 2 Corinthians 7:1
