Is it just me or have our judges gone crazy? Hardly a day goes by when I don’t hear of someone who should have gotten some serious jail time being let go for some crazy technicality, while at the same time someone who probably will never commit another crime goes to prison. One state executes people at an alarming rate; twenty or so others won’t execute anyone. The problem will only get worse from here because the foundation our laws were built upon has cracked. No longer is God’s Word a standard in the world, and the insanity in our laws and regulations quite simply proves it. In a world that’s never been more “spiritual,” we find new gods everywhere, and yet refuse to acknowledge the one who explained right from wrong in the first place and wrote it on our souls and consciences.
