I’m one of those guys who loves shows like National Geographic and the ones they put on Discovery Channel. I just can’t get enough of watching and learning how things work. If you’ve ever watched these shows, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. The only problem I have is their endless ranting about our “evolution” from other species of animal–something I’ll never buy. Instead, I see God’s hand in everything–something they’ll also see one day! Something I really enjoy is their focus on how we are rapidly destroying our planet. From dumping filth into our rivers and oceans to total destruction of the world’s rain forests, modern people are the worst thing that could ever happen to this planet! But once again, God’s word predicted all of this, and then some! I think the Discovery Channel folks are right… all the signs point to the fact we’re wearing this planet out! I think we’d better hang on tightly to the only thing that will last.
