Witnessing

harvestdayton

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8

Interesting point here. Jesus sends us out to be His witnesses, just like the apostles before us. Notice though, He didn’t call us to be judges, prosecutors, bailifs, or even court reporters. Those jobs have already been filled! We are called to be witnesses. Witnesses don’t get involved in the running of the court, they just share the truth when their told.
