I hear a lot of folks talking about their sins as if they’re the only ones effected by them. You’ve probably heard people do the same thing. They say things like, “It’s MY LIFE, let me do with it what I want.” I guess on the surface that sounds pretty good. At times I’m sure I’ve even thought the same thing. The interesting thing here is that God’s word is full of places where it talks about our sins effecting others. Our sin effects those around us, our children, and even the children we haven’t even thought of yet! Check this out!
“However, if you do not obey the Lord your God and do not carefully follow his commands… The fruit of your womb will be cursed.” Dueteronomy 28:15-18
