When I lived in Florida I learned a little bit about Ponce de Leon. It seems he was searching for the “fountain of youth” and though he’d found a natural spring in that beautiful state (a bunch of really clear water), the fountain of youth it wasn’t. That’s okay though, ’cause I found it myself! If you want to live longer and have good health, just do what the Fifth Commandment says.
“Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother” – which is the first commandment with a promise – “that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” Ephesians 6:1-3
