This Thought4Today is written specifically for YOU. Yes, specifically for YOU! You are the one who seeks to grow closer to the Lord each day through this devotional, through other readings, through fellowship with believers, and through prayer. Sometimes you agree with what’s written, and sometimes you don’t, but you always ponder what His word says and lay it up in your heart. Day after day, even though sometimes you may not feel like it, you know down deep that you are growing in the Lord. I offer you congratulations on the growth you’ve achieved through your faithfulness in the journey with Him–not as a point of pride, but as a “Good-on-ya” for a job well done! Keep it up!
“But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth.
