“Trust Me!”

Are you a trustworthy person?  Would your friends consider you someone they could trust to keep your end of a bargain?  Would your parents describe you as someone who keeps their word–doing what needs to be done even when it’s tough?  I’ve often written about God needing us to be trustworthy on many levels, but today I have a different question.  It seems almost ridiculous that God would trust mere humans with the message of salvation through His Son.  No matter what everyone else would say about you, would YOU consider yourself trustworthy with the Gospel message?  This is obviously a question quantum leaps beyond than whether or not you’re faithful to feed your dog or cat regularly.  Knowing what you know about yourself, would you say that you’ve been faithful with the message the Lord gave you to share.  If the answer is yes, then continue to pray for opportunities to share His Truth.  If the answer is no, today is a new day!  What unsaved friend or relative comes immediately to mind? Give them a call…it’s time to start being trustworthy!

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”  Jesus of Nazareth (Matthew 28:19a)
