There’s a lot of folks who call on the name of the Lord… unfortunately many only call His name when they’re really in trouble! Sound familiar? I know I’ve had my difficulties here in the past. And let’s face it, even those with a strong walk with the Lord call on Him more fervently in times of trouble. Still, He would have us trust Him with every part of our lives–and who better to trust?
“My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken… Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” Psalm 62:1 and 8
